honestly frustrated with the company. first time I ordered I spent hundreds of dollars and they didn’t send me American sizes and were not helpful in refunding me. second time I ordered I was under the impression I would be receiving 6 shirts but I only got 3. honestly just be careful that you don’t get suckered into losing money because of small minute details that weren’t clearly enough talked about before ordering

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Design was split and too small. Other logos on the hood were misplaced and 1 was even in the wrong color. Multiple spots in the hoodie had broken fabric. Find a different manufacturer for Full Zip Hoodies. Also was Brenda would ignore me for multiple days, while I was trying to organise and communicate what I need for this product. When I recieved the hoodie and applied for a refund she attempted to deny my refund, so I had to get Alibaba involved into the case. Additionally, she tried to use out of context messages and old designs in an attempt to manipulate the situation and not pay a full refund. (we had agreed not to use those old designs for the hoodie, but she still submitted them as evidence) I ended up gettin most of the amount I paid, but not a full refund. I repeat: Do not buy Full Zip Hoodies here
